Emily serves as the Economic Development Program Officer and is responsible for coordination of the FOCUS:Works and Buy Indy Anchor Institution initiatives. She is the liaison to the Near East Quality of Life neighborhood, North Mass and East Washington FOCUS districts, and Englewood Village Great Place.
