International Marketplace Welcomes New Restaurants
International Marketplace, a 12-block corridor near Lafayette Square, will use $750,000 from a district tax credit to help spur growth in the area. The International Marketplace is expecting four new restaurants to open in the first quarter of 2017.

This growth is part of a three-year, $2.8 million development agreement between LISC Indianapolis and the City’s Department of Metropolitan Development that focuses on providing real estate expertise, finance and development, as well as the capacity building of the International Marketplace Coalition as a Community Development Corporation.
