FOCUS is currently soliciting proposals from project management consultants to provide grant and contract administration, general construction and regulatory oversight for privately and publicly funded façade improvement projects. Façade grants are provided to building-owners undertaking improvements partially-funded through the Façade Improvement Program. Please submit electronically. Final selection and notification of the applicants will take place on or about February 29, 2016. LISC will enter into a contract with one or more project management consultants from February 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017. Please click here to download the application form.
