The Renew Indianapolis land bank website is now live. You can use it to search the inventory across the city, make inquiries on purchasing a property, review the RFP process, and much more.
Bill Taft, LISC Executive Director, is on the board of Renew Indianapolis and has partnered on this initiative since its inception. LISC is exited to see continued neighborhood revitalization in ensuring property is redeveloped alongside comprehensive community development strategies to bring renewed value to our communities.

Had difficulty locating the listing for the Land Bank. Thank you.
The full list of properties is available as a download on both the homepage (You can see the portfolio of properties either by visiting the searchable map page or you can download a complete list) and on the Property Map tab. Hope this helps!
I had difficulty getting assistance with the process and the availability of the closing agent to view properties, the property I wanted most was no longer for purchase. There has to be a better way!
Thanks for the feedback! Property applications are reviewed on a monthly basis, and when applications are approved by the Review Committee, it is noted on the web site. Applications received by the third Friday will be reviewed at the monthly Review Committee meeting. We’re sorry for the frustration and will think through how to prevent this in the future.
